However, we understand that pricing is a crucial factor in determining the feasibility of any project. We would like to emphasize that our estimated pricing and minimum order quantities are based on industry averages and are not actual quotes. This is because we cannot provide actual quotes until we complete our research and development process and have a clear understanding of the actual ingredients, percentages, packaging and other factors that will be involved in the production of your product.
Our estimated pricing and MOQs are provided solely as a guideline to help you better determine if our services are a viable option for you. HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Submit your information by filling out the custom product request form once you have reviewed the MOQ & estimated price range.
Once we receive your custom request form, you will be sent a copy, along with a payment link for the $1,500 R&D fee.
Once the R&D fee has been paid, we will order your sample ingredients. After all the ingredients have arrived at our lab, we will begin the R&D sample process and will ship your samples for approval. We will send you an invoice upon approval. After your 50% deposit has been received, our team will order your ingredients and packaging.
Timeline: Once all components (raw materials, ingredients, packaging, etc.) have been received and inventoried, your production will be scheduled. The typical turnaround time is 2-12 weeks.
Due to potential supply chain interruptions, timelines may be affected.
Custom Product Quotes: The estimate provided in your custom product quote does not constitute a final or guaranteed price for your custom product. It is intended to give you a price range based on your initial information and our costs based on similar products. Final pricing will be determined after the completion of the Research & Development (R&D) of your product and any additional details or information necessary to provide you with a guaranteed price quote for your custom product. All quotes are valid up to 30 days from the date provided. Other terms and conditions may apply if applicable.
Custom Product Variance: The quantity of Products ordered hereunder may deviate +/- ten percent (10%) from the amount specified in the Statement of Work, such as an Order, Purchase Order, Quote and/or Invoice. Customer’s payment for such Product shall be based on the actual quantity of Product delivered. Any further deviations beyond the +/- ten percent (10%) must be approved in advance by Customer in writing, which acceptance may include through electronic mail.
